Cable Tray Range
Perforated cable tray, cable ladder, wire mesh (basket) tray and trunking, with the full family of bends, tees, reducers, covers and supports. Made in our own plant, hot-dip galvanized and export-ready.
Cable Tray Master (LONRACE INDUSTRY CO., LTD) is a China-based cable tray manufacturer and exporter. The range covers perforated cable tray, cable ladder, wire mesh (basket) cable tray and cable trunking, in hot-dip galvanized, pre-galvanized, powder-coated and stainless finishes, with widths from 50 to 1000 mm and the full family of bends, tees, reducers, covers and supports. Everything is made on our own line and packed for export, with sheet thickness, finish and any certification confirmed per order. Buyers are welcome to visit and audit the plant before ordering.
Perforated Cable Tray
The everyday workhorse tray: a slotted steel channel that carries power and control cables along their full run while the ventilation slots let heat escape and support cable ties. Hot-dip galvanized, pre-galvanized, powder-coated or stainless, in widths from 100 to 1000 mm.
CTM-PT
Perforated Cable Tray (Hot-Dip Galvanized)
A slotted steel cable tray, hot-dip galvanized after fabrication for outdoor and corrosive environments. The U-shaped channel carries power and control cables along their full run, while the ventilation slots release heat and give a fixing point for cable ties. Supplied in widths from 100 to 1000 mm, cut and folded in our own plant, and packed for export by the crate.
CTM-PT-PC
Perforated Cable Tray (Pre-Galvanized / Powder-Coated)
The same slotted steel channel in an economical pre-galvanized or powder-coated finish, for dry indoor plant rooms, data centres and commercial buildings. It carries power and control cables with full ventilation while keeping the cost down where a hot-dip finish is not required. Widths from 100 to 1000 mm, made in our own plant.
Cable Ladder
Two side rails joined by rungs, for long spans and heavy power-cable runs where airflow and weight both matter. The fully open structure keeps heavy power cables cool and lets a support run further between hangers.
Wire Mesh Cable Tray
A welded steel wire basket tray for data, telecom and light power. Its open weave is fast to install, easy to branch and cut on site, and keeps cabling visible and ventilated for data centres and IT rooms.
Cable Trunking
A closed metal duct with a removable cover, for protected and tidy cable routing in plant rooms and along walls. The solid body shields cables from dust and mechanical damage and gives a clean finished look in exposed areas.
Strut Channel & Fittings
Slotted and plain support channel with the full family of brackets, beam clamps, channel nuts and threaded rod, used to build the framing that carries cable tray, conduit and mechanical services. Available in pre-galvanized, hot-dip galvanized and stainless finishes. Sizes and finish confirmed per order.
Electrical Conduits & Fittings
A full range of electrical conduit and fittings for cable protection and containment: EMT, IMC and rigid steel conduit, rigid aluminium conduit and flexible metal conduit, each described to its recognised standard, with couplings, connectors, elbows and boxes. Types, sizes and finishes confirmed per order.
CTM-EMT
EMT — Electrical Metallic Tubing
Thin-wall steel electrical tubing, the everyday conduit for exposed and concealed indoor wiring. EMT is the product type defined by UL 797 and dimensioned to ANSI C80.3; it is unthreaded and joined with set-screw or compression fittings, which makes it fast to install. Supplied with couplings, connectors and elbows. Sizes and finish confirmed per order.
CTM-IMC
IMC — Intermediate Metal Conduit
Threadable steel conduit that is lighter than rigid metal conduit but heavier-walled than EMT, for indoor and outdoor runs that need mechanical strength. IMC is the product type defined by UL 1242 and dimensioned to ANSI C80.6, and it is threaded like rigid conduit. Supplied with couplings, elbows and connectors. Sizes and finish confirmed per order.
CTM-RMC
RMC — Rigid Metal Conduit
The thickest-walled steel conduit, threaded and heavy-duty, for the most demanding mechanical protection indoors, outdoors and in hazardous and industrial areas. RMC is the product type defined by UL 6 and dimensioned to ANSI C80.1. Supplied with threaded couplings, elbows and connectors. Sizes and finish confirmed per order.
CTM-RAC
Rigid Aluminium Conduit
Threaded rigid conduit in aluminium, lighter than steel rigid conduit and naturally corrosion-resistant, for coastal, wet and corrosive environments where weight and corrosion both matter. Rigid aluminium conduit is the product type dimensioned to ANSI C80.5. Supplied with threaded couplings, elbows and connectors. Sizes and finish confirmed per order.
CTM-FMC
FMC — Flexible Metal Conduit
Spiral-wound steel flexible conduit for connections that must bend or absorb vibration, such as the last run to a motor, transformer or light fitting. FMC is the product type defined by UL 1. Supplied with the connectors that terminate it into a box or enclosure. Sizes and finish confirmed per order.
Electrical Metal Boxes
Steel and aluminium electrical boxes for switches, sockets, junctions and conduit terminations, to American and British standard patterns and in die-cast aluminium for tougher settings. Gang size, depth, knockouts and finish confirmed per order.
CTM-BX-US
American Standard Steel Box
Pressed and welded steel outlet, switch and junction boxes to the American standard pattern, including the common 4" square and single- and double-gang device boxes, with knockouts for conduit entry. Depth, gang size, knockout layout and finish confirmed per order.
CTM-BX-UK
British Standard Steel Box
Pressed steel flush-mounting back boxes (knockout boxes) to the British standard pattern, for wall-mounted switches, sockets and accessories. BS-pattern back boxes are the product type described by BS 4662, in the common single- and double-gang sizes and depths with knockouts. Sizes and finish confirmed per order.
CTM-BX-AL
Aluminium Box
Die-cast aluminium junction and conduit boxes for outdoor, wet and industrial settings, where a corrosion-resistant, robust enclosure is needed at a conduit junction or termination. Weatherproof and ingress-protected versions are available. Box size, entries, gasket and IP rating confirmed per order.
Cable Tiles
Protective cable cover tiles laid over buried and trench cables to guard them against mechanical damage during later excavation and to mark the cable route. Material, size and marking confirmed per order.
One matched system
Bends, tees, reducers, covers, supports — supplied to match
