Quality & Standards

Quality you can
check for yourself.

We would rather show you the line than make claims about it. Here is how we control the quality of every cable tray we ship, and exactly what we can and cannot document.

How we control quality

Four things we get right on every order.

01

Material under our control

Because we run our own line, the steel coil is our starting point, not a black box. We produce to the sheet thickness the order needs, and we can share the material details we hold for your order rather than guessing.

02

The right finish for the environment

Hot-dip galvanized for outdoor and corrosive sites, where even the cut edges are coated. Pre-galvanized and powder-coated for dry indoor runs. Stainless for aggressive environments. We match the finish to where the tray is actually installed.

03

Made to a confirmed section

Width, side height and sheet thickness are set with you before production. You get the cross-section your project specified, produced on our own line, not a rough approximation pulled from stock.

04

Packed to arrive intact

Trays are nested and crated in plywood cases on wooden pallets, labelled with description, size and weight, and shipped by our own export team. This is the packing we already use for live overseas orders.

What we can actually offer

The honest list.

No inflated milestones, no certifications we cannot show. This is what the plant genuinely does today.

  • Finishes: hot-dip galvanized, pre-galvanized, powder-coated, stainless
  • Widths 50 to 1000 mm, side heights 25 to 200 mm
  • Sheet thickness confirmed per order
  • Full fitting range: bends, tees, reducers, covers, supports
  • CE (EN 61537) and UL (file E554885) certified — preview on this page, official copy on request
  • Further test and compliance documents on request, per market
  • Buyers welcome to visit and audit the plant

Frequently asked questions

Are your cable trays certified to a standard?
Yes. Our cable trays hold a CE Attestation of Conformity to EN 61537 (issued by UDEM, valid to 2029) and a UL Certificate of Compliance for metal cable trays (file E554885, verifiable at UL Product iQ). You can preview both certificates on this page and we will email the official copies on request. For further market-specific documentation, tell us the destination country and standard your project requires and we will share what applies. We do not print certification we cannot back up.
How do I know the tray will carry my cable load?
Load depends on the width, height, thickness and support spacing. Send us the load and span for your run and we will confirm the section and support spacing to suit it. We would rather confirm a real number for your case than publish a generic load chart that may not apply to your install.
Can I verify the quality before I commit?
Yes, in two ways. You can request samples or a video walk-through of the line, and you are welcome to visit and audit the factory in person, since we are the manufacturer, not a trader. Seeing the plant run is the most direct way to check the quality.
What documentation do you provide with an order?
We confirm the packing list, dimensions and finish for every order, and provide the test or compliance documents that apply to your market on request. Tell us your destination and requirement and we will lay out what we can supply.

Check the quality first-hand.

Ask for samples, a video walk-through, or a plant visit. Then send your specification for a factory-direct quote.
